Terms of Service.

A reservation requires a deposit to secure your slot. The remaining balance is paid in cash on the day of the tour before the activity begins. We send a confirmation email upon successful booking and receipt of the deposit.

• Cancellation by you. Deposits are non-refundable. If you cancel at least 72 hours before your tour we can usually reschedule to another date (subject to availability). Cancellations within 72 hours of the tour forfeit the deposit.
• Cancellation by us. We reserve the right to cancel for unsafe weather (typhoons, major storms) or unforeseen circumstances. In that case you’re offered a full refund or a reschedule — your choice.
• No-shows. Guests who don’t show up forfeit the deposit and are charged the full tour amount.

By booking a tour you confirm that you and every member of your party:

• Meet the age limit of 12 and older.
• Are in good physical health and can swim.
• Have disclosed any relevant medical conditions to us.
• Will follow all safety instructions from our guides.
• Will not participate under the influence of alcohol or non-prescribed drugs.

Failure to comply may result in removal from the tour without a refund.

Canyoneering is an extreme sport with inherent risks. We prioritise your safety and take every reasonable measure to mitigate them, but you acknowledge that you’re participating at your own risk. Canyoneering Cebu, its staff, and the licensed guides we work with will not be held liable for any injury, death, property damage, or loss that may occur. You will sign a liability waiver before the activity begins.

We often photograph and film our tours for promotional use. By joining a tour you grant Canyoneering Cebu permission to use your likeness in any media in any of our publications (including online) without payment or further consideration.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Notice of changes is given by posting the new Terms on this page.
