Safety first

The rules that keep your day fun.

Your adventure is only as good as it is safe. Read these before booking — every guest is briefed on them in person too, in English, before the first jump.

Before you book

Participant requirements

  • Age limit

Participants must be at least 12 years old to join. Younger kids should look at the private group option with us first.

  • Good physical condition

You should be able to swim and be prepared for several hours of hiking, scrambling, and water sections. It’s active.

  • Medical conditions

Tell us up front about asthma, heart conditions, or severe allergies. We don’t recommend canyoneering for pregnant guests or anyone with recent major surgery.

  • No alcohol or drugs

No exceptions. Intoxicated guests are turned away without a refund — for their own safety and the group’s.

On the day

During the activity

  • Listen to your guide

Their instructions are final. They’ve done this thousands of times — follow their lead and you’ll have a great day.

  • Wear the gear

Helmet and life vest at all times in the water. Closed-toe shoes are mandatory.

  • Jump safely

Only from designated points your guide indicates. Always check the landing is clear. Feet first — no flips, no dives.

  • Stay with the group

Don’t wander. Keep within sight of your guides at all times.

Respect the canyon

Environment & equipment

  • Leave no trace

We’re guests in nature. Pack out what you pack in — nothing gets left behind.

  • Respect wildlife

Don’t disturb the plants, the fish, or anyone else who calls this canyon home.

  • Gadgets & valuables

Waterproof cameras (GoPros) are great. Phones in cases at your own risk — we’re not liable for lost electronics. Leave jewellery and valuables at the hotel.

  • Cancellations for weather

We cancel for typhoons, major storms, or unsafe river conditions. Full refund or reschedule, no quibbling.
